At WhiteLab Kits, we aim to process and dispatch every order as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping

We currently ship within Australia.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination and courier services.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Any promotional free shipping offers will be displayed during checkout when applicable.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (where available).

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order.

WhiteLab Kits is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:

  • the shipping box
  • the product
  • the shipping label

This allows us to investigate the issue with the carrier.
